Way Key LP was a 50/50 partnership between the We Wai Kai First Nation and the ROGA Group of Companies. The partnership began in 2021 and was ended in September of 2025 when We Wai Kai First Nation completed the purchase of all remaining shares in Way Key LP and Way Key Sand & Gravel.
This transaction marks the conclusion of a successful partnership with ROGA Group that began in 2020 and reflects a shared commitment to building lasting value for communities and stakeholders through innovative, responsible, and sustainable practices.
From its beginning, Way Key LP has been guided by collaboration, shared decision-making, and a focus on sustainable growth. Together, ROGA and We Wai Kai created opportunities for employment, training, and community benefit. With this transition, We Wai Kai now assumes full ownership of Way Key LP and Way Key Sand & Gravel.
